Shipping

  • Orders will be taken Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday.
  • Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the next day.
  • All Fresh orders will be shipping out UPS Priority Overnight.
  • All other orders will be shipped out UPS, unless otherwise specified.
  • No signature is required upon delivery, please be aware of the delivery date due to the nature of the fresh product.
  • Priority Overnight orders are expected to arrive by 12:30pm EST the next day.
  • Shipping is only available within the Continental United States.
  • All shipping companies have a current “Act of God” clause to recognize that weather delays will arise and may cause problems. We pack products to last, however once the product leaves our plant we are not responsible for the order.

How can I plan ahead for ordering?

We only ship our products Monday through Thursday so it is essential that you plan accordingly.  We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed. Please note that the cut-off for next day delivery is 3 p.m. EST.

Do you ship to apartments or businesses?

Delivery to any location is at the customer's own risk as UPS can not guarantee a delivery time.  If you experience an issue with the UPS, please initiate a claim with them. Please note that we are not responsible for the product if it is left unattended at your designated delivery site. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

How long can a box sit outside for once it is delivered?

While there are a lot of factors to consider (weather, direct sunlight, etc.) and we cannot give a timeframe, we package our shipments with care.

How does Holiday Shipping work?

We are closed on all major holidays; shipping will continue immediately after the holiday season unless otherwise noted. Please also note that shipments will not be delivered on major holidays and that holiday deliveries may be delayed, due to increased volume.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 3 days from when you receive your order to notify us of the issue and we will be happy to work with you. If possible please photograph the problem and attach it to the email. All issues will be handled individually. Please contact us via email at orders@kingtideseafood.com.

Cancellation

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are packed and shipped that day and therefore we cannot guarantee cancellation. We handle each situation on an individual basis and will try to help in any way possible.

Ordering

I just placed my order, how do I know if my order was received?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain a receipt of your order, order confirmation number and shipping information.

Do I have to register on the website to place an order?

No, you do not have to register to place an order. When you are checking out all you have to do is select "guest" at checkout and you may continue. Registering on our website does make shopping easier. Becoming a member allows you to store your information in our system so you do not have to re-enter your information each time you purchase a product.
