Culinary Composition: Rich in flavor | Firm in texture | High in oil content
Cooking Methods: This is an excellent fish for grilling, but once the skin is removed, it is quick to fall apart. You can also poach or sauté the sea bass fillets, but avoid heavy sauces that compete with the fish’s strong flavor. Due to the high oil content this is a great item to smoke as well.
