Cooking Methods: Swordfish is a wonderful alternative to steaks. It’s fairly high oil content makes it flavorful and moist, with a hint of sweetness with no fishy taste. Because of its firm, meaty texture, Swordfish is excellent for marinating and can withstand just about any preparation method. Our favorite is sword kabobs on the grill, served with seasonal flavors and flavorful dipping sauces. All cooking methods include baking, broiling, grilling and smoking.
